Owner’s Representative engagement for a global pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of Senior Construction Delivery Team taking direction from Construction Lead and SLT
- Promote Construction to Production (C2P), Digital & Data, and short-term delivery plans
- Own Safety, Wellbeing, and Quality deliverables for designated project sections
- Lead lookahead meetings and manage strong relationships with client and design teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven senior construction site leadership on pharmaceutical or high-spec commercial builds
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and relevant construction degree
- Thorough understanding of QA/QC and commissioning handovers
