Project & Context
Lasdun Wall redevelopment: Phase One refurbishment delivering modern teaching & laboratory spaces towards a net zero campus by 2045.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of large work packages on the Lasdun Wall project to agreed safety, quality, programme and budget
- Make operational decisions on sequencing methodology and develop short/mid/long term plans
- Lead lookahead forecast meetings and coordinate trade/sub-contractors
- Own Safety, Wellbeing and Quality deliverables for designated project sections
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong site management track record on structural refurbishment and laboratory facilities
- SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management
- Proficient in modern construction sequencing and QA processes
