Project & Infrastructure Context

Sizewell C — Ground Engineering Work Fronts — Lead multiple construction work fronts of ground engineering, ensuring specification compliance, safety leadership, and commercial NEC4 governance.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Lead technical and site operations for assigned ground engineering work packages
Coordinate resources across work fronts, resolve engineering issues, and close out non-conformities
Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses, identifying safety trends
Approve site briefing records and mentor graduate and site engineers

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. Experience in senior leadership of construction work fronts on major infrastructure. Strong NEC4 knowledge.
