Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Delivery, Information Management, and BIM Governance for a flagship Canary Wharf financial HQ
- Establish benchmark BIM-to-Digital-Twin delivery model across real estate portfolio
- Drive compliance with BIM Requirements, ISO 19650 processes, and digital twin operational objectives
- Work closely with client Design and Construction stakeholders, designers, and specialist trade partners
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience leading BIM and Digital Engineering on landmark commercial HQ projects
- Deep expertise in ISO 19650, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Digital Twin integration (IoT/BMS)
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Digital Construction
