Key Responsibilities
- Manage SharePoint, Aconex, and EDMS system permissions, ensuring accurate quality checks and controlled information flow
- Maintain work package matrices, support contract administration, and manage RFIs and submittal workflows
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and office resources while maintaining compliant workplace standards
- Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and structured project archiving
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualification with expert proficiency in Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360/ACC
- 5+ years document control experience on major construction developments in UAE
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 naming conventions and metadata standards
