Major project in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing teams to deliver reporting on productivity, schedule, and quality for facades/cladding
- Manage preconstruction and off-site manufacturing activities including directing installation works on site
- Plan and monitor cladding and curtain walling works against programme, managing PPC updates
- Coordinate with overall site logistics and resolve interface issues between envelope trades
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in complex architectural facades, unitized curtain walling, rainscreens, and structural glazing
- Degree in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
- Strong QA/QC, CWCT standards, and building envelope testing knowledge
