Key Responsibilities
- Lead grant management process for the $12B Hudson Tunnel Project with Gateway Development Commission (GDC)
- Research grant opportunities, prepare federal funding applications, and manage award compliance
- Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to develop grant budgets and track federal expenditures
- Monitor grant performance and ensure compliance with FTA, FRA, and USDOT guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in federal grant administration for major US transit or megaprojects (FTA/FRA/DOT)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or Civil Engineering
- Deep knowledge of IIJA federal funding compliance, 2 CFR 200, and reporting
