Key Responsibilities & Scope
The role / impactReporting to the Head of Marketing EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing campaigns for national Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners and Small Business customers in South Africa, Ireland, and the UAE. Working closely with sales and operations, global marketing, public relations, creative teams, and external agencies, you will deliver on the regional marketing plan.You will be a collaborative problem solver who develops and implements tactical initiatives and multi-channel campaigns to achieve brand and commercial goals. By partnering with our sales teams and clients, you will drive product awareness, support customer conversion, and deliver impactful experiences that help small businesses and their advisors thrive.The team / how they connectYou will join a highly collaborative regional marketing team focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional customer journeys. We work closely with cross-functional groups across the business, including sales, product, and partnerships, to align our strategies and elevate our brand. Candidate Qualifications & Profile
- Proven experience operating within high-impact industry or enterprise environments.
- Relevant degree or recognized professional accreditation in Cloud Accounting & SaaS.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and dedication to technical or operational excellence.
Compensation Guidance (AUD)
Salary Range: AUD $1,40,000 - $1,89,000 / year (commensurate with skills & experience).
- Includes standard Australian statutory superannuation (11.5%+), health & wellness allowances, and professional progression pathways.
