Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of coding structures, planning standards, and risk-adjusted logic across schedule inputs
- Govern schedule updates, baseline control, and reporting cycles
- Manage scenario modelling and impact assessments to support decision-making for major changes and emerging risks
- Provide clear visibility from short-term lookaheads to key milestones
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, or AACE
- Extensive experience planning complex programmes in Energy, Utilities, or Low-Carbon technology
- Deep property and infrastructure project management expertise
