Project & Context
Project Universal: high-profile UK development from RIBA Stage 3 onwards through construction and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as client trusted advisor and Employer's Agent leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans and delivery strategies ensuring safety, quality, budget, and programme
- Lead project from RIBA Stage 3 onwards and manage contract administration during construction and handover
- Manage risk registers, stakeholder engagement, and executive governance reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Project Manager (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
- Strong track record acting as Employer's Agent on major UK property schemes
- Expert knowledge of JCT Design & Build contract administration
