Project & Context
£250m+ project in Central London in early stages (Commercial Business Unit).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Mechanical Lead on a £250m+ commercial development in Central London
- Accountable for delivery of MEP mechanical building services to time, budget, safety, and quality
- Manage programme, QA, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, public health, and mechanical packages
- Assist in budget preparation, value engineering, trade contracts, and procurement strategies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience leading mechanical building services on major commercial developments
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (BSc/BEng/MSc)
- CIBSE or IMechE membership preferred
