Project & Context
Annual transmission system maintenance plan, asset management, and grid connection capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual transmission system maintenance plan for stations, lines, and cables within outage frameworks
- Manage response to equipment plant issues and chair fault investigation groups
- Identify assets for refurbishment, initial scoping, and capital approvals
- Maintain ISO 55001 asset management system and ensure Grid code compliance during commissioning
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree with 4 to 6+ years experience in high-voltage power transmission systems and plant maintenance
- Knowledge of ISO 55001, National Grid requirements, and substation commissioning
- Chartered Electrical Engineer (CEng / IET) preferred
