Project & Operational Scope
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional Construction team based in London.
Location : Gerrard's Cross Contract : Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, initially on a multi million pound project in London.
Your day to day will include: Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area,.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Deliver high-standard engineering, technical, and operational execution in line with Kier safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, design partners, and supply chain specialists to ensure milestone adherence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM guidelines, industry technical standards, and environmental requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement, value engineering, digital delivery, and best practice across the scheme lifecycle.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or relevant technical field.
- Demonstrated background within UK infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, water frameworks, or transportation projects.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, and technical project delivery capabilities.
- Commitment to safety leadership, collaborative working, and high-performance delivery.
Compensation & Employee Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £55,000 - £78,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience)
