Project & Operational Scope
We're looking for a HSW Advisor to join our Residential Solutions team based in Heathrow and Gosport.
As a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor within the Kier Places HSW Team, you will be allocated contracts and projects to support from conception to delivery, becoming an integral member of the contract and project team.
You'll ensure teams operate to the requirements of our Integrated Management System, working predominantly on the Heathrow Quiet Neighbourhood Support contract, as well as covering our Gosport and London &.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Deliver high-standard engineering, technical, and operational execution in line with Kier safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, client stakeholders, design partners, and supply chain specialists to ensure milestone adherence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CDM guidelines, industry technical standards, and environmental requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement, value engineering, digital delivery, and best practice across the scheme lifecycle.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or relevant technical field.
- Demonstrated background within UK infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, water frameworks, or transportation projects.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, and technical project delivery capabilities.
- Commitment to safety leadership, collaborative working, and high-performance delivery.
Compensation & Employee Benefits Guidance
Estimated Remuneration: GBP £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (commensurate with skills and experience)
