Key Responsibilities & Scope
The role / impactAs a Solutions Consultant, you will act as a key technical expert and strategic partner to both our sales team and accounting partners. You will own the technical solution strategy for assigned opportunities, translating complex partner needs into scalable workflows that support long-term platform adoption and value.Your work directly shapes partner success across their entire journey. By identifying risks early, leading technical scoping, and guiding seamless product implementations, you will help small businesses and their advisors thrive while turning partners into long-term advocates for Xero.The team & how they connectOur team works at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success to guide accounting and bookkeeping partners through technical transitions. We collaborate closely with internal teams to share market feedback, solve operational roadblocks, and build strong relationships across the small business community. Together, we combine technical depth with consulting expertise to ensure our partners achieve maximum value from Xero.Initially, the role will focus onLeading technical scoping, workflow mapping, and custom solution design alongside sales teams.Supporting partner migrations and technical implementations using cloud accounting and workflow tools.Delivering clear product demonstrations and technical consulting sessions to help partners upskill their teams.Gathering partner feedback to inform product development and influence f
Candidate Qualifications & Profile
- Proven experience operating within high-impact industry or enterprise environments.
- Relevant degree or recognized professional accreditation in Cloud Accounting & SaaS.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and dedication to technical or operational excellence.
Compensation Guidance (AUD)
Salary Range: AUD $1,05,000 - $1,41,750 / year (commensurate with skills & experience).
- Includes standard Australian statutory superannuation (11.5%+), health & wellness allowances, and professional progression pathways.
