Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter at Staffing for Doctors

We are seeking a results-drivenBilingual Healthcare Recruiterwith experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM). This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals
- Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM (required)
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a negotiable pay rate depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
