Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source talent through ATS, CRM platforms, and professional networks for global capital programmes
- Conduct CV mining, sifting, and shortlisting against specific role criteria
- Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters with clear summaries and sourcing insights
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sourcing experience in engineering, construction, or consulting sectors
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo/Workday/CRM systems, and boolean search techniques
