The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Fraud Investigator to specialize in Card Fraud and Disputes. You will be the detective protecting our clients' everyday spending, navigating complex card network rules, and ensuring our platform remains a safe place to build and spend wealth.This is a 9-month initial engagement with the possibility of extensions and conversions based on performance and business needs.What you will do:Investigate & Resolve: Dive into the weeds of card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims. You will evaluate transaction data, authentication methods (like 3DS, Apple Pay, or Chip & PIN), and digital footprints to confidently distinguish true fraud from friendly fraud
