Key Responsibilities & Scope
The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to be the key finance partner to Xero’s UK go-to-market (GTM) organisation.You’ll work closely with UK and Global leaders to improve commercial decision-making, improve visibility of performance, and ensure resources are directed to the highest-value opportunities.You’ll lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling across the UK GTM organisation, bringing financial rigour and commercial judgement to decisions on growth, investment, and execution.This role suits someone who enjoys operating close to revenue teams, is comfortable working through ambiguity, and can turn analysis into action.How you’ll make an impactYou will help the UK leadership team make better, faster, and more commercially grounded decisions.You’ll do that by creating clarity on performance, improving planning and forecasting, and building robust analysis that helps the business evaluate trade-offs with confidence. Candidate Qualifications & Profile
- Proven experience operating within high-impact industry or enterprise environments.
- Relevant degree or recognized professional accreditation in Cloud Accounting & SaaS.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and dedication to technical or operational excellence.
Compensation Guidance (AUD)
Salary Range: AUD $1,40,000 - $1,89,000 / year (commensurate with skills & experience).
- Includes standard Australian statutory superannuation (11.5%+), health & wellness allowances, and professional progression pathways.
